I like Billy Ray now, didn't like him at all during his own earlier glory days.
Better he's tagging along with Miley than letting her run loose till she ends up in rehab.
Allot of us praise his fathering skills at this time, and we're all hoping that it will keep Miley grounded healthy and happy with her fame. We're hoping, cuz only time will tell.

Where would Miley be if she had not been Billy Ray's daughter? There are thousands of talented children and having a father with connections I'm sure it's what got here where she is now and allot of parents teach their kids their business or the family business.

There is the ongoing debate as to whether Billy Ray is being a good father or grooming a gravy train. I just think it's good that he does travel with her, and is a strong presence in her life.
