how long does it take them to shut down my VIP?
i ran into some financial trouble and need them to delete my VIP b4 it charges me again...how long does it take? does anyone know?

Straight copy and paste from the "support" FAQ's....(Yellow bar near the top of the page, click "support" then left hand side of that page, click on FAQ's)
The "create a new ticket" link is on the same menu as the FAQ's.

chazzy how do i tell if my VIP is cancelled? i sent them a ticket asking them to do it for me... but how do i tell? is there anywhere on the site that shows me my current status?

As long as you still have that VIP icon, you're still VIP, but you can check your VIP expiration date by going to "My account" and then on the left hand side of that page, "My Membership"...click on "billing info".
You can write a personal message to absix or unf and explain politely your problem is urgent.
