mp3 players
anyone willing to add their 2cents about what is a decent AND affordable player?
dont need anything too fancy.. just to get some music into my office. 1-2gb would be enough i believe but i'm not all that up for spending over $100 on something that just plays music etc. any "off" brands that hold up?

Re: mp3 players
I've had an ipod Nano for a while and I like it, it is more than $100 but it has video, picture, etc. on it. My daughter has a shuffle and it is fairly good, it was around $70 and works really well, even when it is plugged into her little pink stuffed dog that has speakers for ears...LOL...they think of everything!

My kids both have I pods. The new nano is really cool. Great proudcts and Itunes site for music is great. Only thing is Ipods are MP4 so you can't get music from MP3 sites as far as I know.... Look at apples page for referbs. I'm sure there are ipods in that price range

Re: mp3 players
Amazon is good for new, used, referbs too. But I like to look at Amazon before buying anything just for the star rating system and customer reviews they have on products, even if I don't buy from them, the ratings and writen consumer reviews are a huge help.
