Favorite cocktail.........
My favorite cocktail is presently a Baybreeze....one shot Grey Goose Vodka, one shot cranberry juice, two ounces pineapple juice and topped off with a half shot of Meyers Rum.
After 5 of these cocktails, my brother-in-law starts humming the theme from Brokeback Mountain. He won't admit to this, but know what I heard. 
What is your favorite cocktail and what unusual effect does it have over you?

I call this my Nafta drink since it involves items from all 3 countries in North America....
1 shot tequila from Mexico
1 shot Canadian Maple Syrup
fill the rest of the whisky glass with orange juice from USA, shake until smooth pour over crushed ice....very mellow with a nice kick

i seldom drink anything except beer,but.......now and then i will have a shot of Southern Comfort added to Squirt over ice ! yum !!!!

My favorite, if it can be called a "cocktail", is amaretto sour.... As for the effects... I found out last Saturday night that it dramatically impairs my ability to play "guitar hero"!!

yeah, but the latest Wild Texas blog..said it was a "mean" air guitar performance!!

1 Shot Disaronno Amaretto
1 Shot Kahlua
1 Shot Amarula Cream
1 Shot Milk
1 Shot Cream
It doesnt live up to it's name,  ...but makes me all giggly and giddy.

I am about to go fix myself a nice glass of wine...but I love a peach bellini...there are many other drinks I have an affinity for but right now I'd settle for a bowl of pasta and that bellini...

i guess if it's not beer, lately i've had a thing for Bacardi Silver Strawberry...the thing is...i rarely get the opportunity to drink...so i really don't know what's out there.
