But I would rather use both. Twice the fun, but if I have to choose, then it would have to be the tongue.

it all depends on where the fingering or tonguing is happening...
i generally tend to use my tongue.
very well, if i may say so.
but that does not mean i don't know how to use my fingers, either....

i would have to say fingers, i am not boasting or anything but have made woman squirt just by using my two fingers, one did not even know she could till i made her.

well both of course. but if i had to choose ,then tie my hands up, put my finger away and leave it for my tongue to "take care of busines"...the lips compliment the tongue so its only obvious the lips can partake in the "delicacy" too!! 
hmm..doesn't this make ya want to play that game "Operation"...
