10 years
After a chat with a really good friend, thought this would be a good question.
Cast your mind back 10 years, what life has thrown at you in these 10 years, are you in a better or worse place?
Personally, we are so much better off, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We are more fulfilled than we could ever have thought possible. We have, like everyone else, had good times and not so good times, but we are definately better off now than we were 10 years ago.
How about you?

Re: 10 years
It's hard to say, so much has changed and changed so much but I'm still pretty much the same...

Re: 10 years
Wow, I can hardly remember yesterday. So much has happened, good and bad, some self inflected some not. All in all, I think we're about the same. The future looks bright, need to start working on the health issues. But my thinking is that the next 10 years looks even better than the last was.

Re: 10 years
Overall, I'd have to say better off. I still think that when I hardly had any income and my life wasn't debt laden I was much happier. I'll survive though.---hehehe

Re: 10 years
1998 was one of the best years of my life. 2008 isn't shaping up to good right now but I have my 3 little ones and that makes up for anything bad anytime.

Re: 10 years
My life over the past ten years has been a whirlwind. I never dreamed I'd have to young children, never expected I'd be without my mother at 42, and I didn't think my husband would date other women while we were still married.
My children are the greatest gifts of my life and losing my mother has been defining. I think I'm a better person because of the challenges but I think how I faced the the difficult time is more defining than the hard stuff is.
It is all what you make of it...
