Resolutions
Some people love them, some people hate them. Do you have a resolution you plan to make for the New Year?
I'm on a spiritual journey this year. I want to bring body, mind and soul together and have them all make peace with each other this year (LOL). I've done yoga at home but I want to take a class and make myself all bendy and pretzel like...but then again, I do want to take a belly dancing class for something a little different and fun...LOL.

Re: Resolutions
I've made one single resolution years and years ago, and it wasn't because of the New Year's Holiday...
I was on the road with my boyfriend at the time, we loved each other very much, it was a good good time in my life...anyway like I said...we were on our way to a band gig he had about a hundred miles from our home, the weather got real funky...the sky started looking just like anyone's vision of judgment day, just so alien...cars and trucks pulling over lining the shoulder...we live in tornado country here, we all knew exactly what was going on, we were under the rotation and knowing that it was inevitable that a tornado would drop...I looked over at him and instead of fear and panic, when I looked at him I was completely enveloped in peace and calm and all I could say to him was "I have no secrets to spill to you, you know them all, I have no confessions I need to make to clear my conscience, you know everything already..."
The hail, flying debris...and seeing the tornado drop behind us, moving away from us...I knew I never wanted to ever feel any different, I resolved to always know, whether I live to be very old, or I see the end coming soon...that I lived every day with no dark secrets to spill, no confessions to make....we don't always have those few precious moments to "make things right" before hand, so I resolved to always to do my best to always "keep things right" to start with...
Hey, making some resolutions on New Years to what? Lose a few pounds, work out more, eat healthier, etc....eh...not into it!
