Creating a FAKE account here...
Okay...gonna lay it out straight here....if you ever have, or have even thought about creating some fake profile here for the purpose of messin' with someone, harassing or hurting another member or members.... not only is it just...oh...sophmoric...you will risk your REAL membership here.
So think about that, think about the fact that websites are run by servers, servers that store and archive tons of data and information for long, long, really long periods of time....it only takes a quick second to access the data that clearly shows that someone is NOT who they say they are, and tell us exactly who they REALLY are. Trust me, I'm not bluffin'....we've done it before!
(I do understand that occasionally, someone will open a second "vague" account and use it to first log in and see if someone that they may not get along with is online before they log in with their real account, I don't consider this a malicious act at all)
If anyone else would like to comment about how they feel about fake profiles being used to hurt and harass...please do....the more of us who get the point across the better.

I've had experience with these on other sites. Not fun nor even mildly amusing. I have however gotten use to how they approach and what to look for in those profiles.

Thank you Pook and JSCO...some, a rare few think that paying a VIP membership will protect them from being deleted and banned....and somehow buys them the right to harrass.....so NOT true!
It's not worth their payment to have them here ruining the site, running off good people and ruining the good reputation this site has that absix has worked so hard to build.

I personally, think that Abs has gone to great lengths for anyone here to protect themselves as much as they want. You can run around all over this site and never be seen by the average person, until you want to. So with that I personally see that there is no real reason for a second, third, or fourth profile. Now if your a couple and want to each have your own accoount, that is a horse of a different colour.
So with that, I say no more, for now.

IF you're wondering about what FLP is talking about...go to the left side of the home page...My Account...click that then the next page....Preferences....click that and there you can set your privacy settings and use your block and ignore features. (Go to the profile of the person you want to "ignore" and you'll find that feature on their profile)

JSCO is so right, a person making up a fake profile with ill intent will be found out, some on here have learned to spot them almost immediatly....
It's just a silly, mean thing to do.
