Re: INTERNET SEX - Food for thought
I so beleive in courtesy, respect and plain ole ettiquette should apply to the internet, I really do and I think ya'all know that much about me.
But...I gotta add...protect youselves and your hearts and understand from the git go that since the internet has that built in anonymonity feature that people will behave differently online than they would offline.
We should try to keep things in perspective too. On an adult sex personals always keep in mind that most sign up on a sex site for their own personal self gratification...and they are gonna be fickle.
IF you sign up on a more serious matchmaking site, you're gonna be dealing with a whole different type of person.
I do wish we all could just do the right thing, but let's not count on that.
Protect yourself, too many times someone will be just using you for their elaborate online fantasy trip and the whole thing will mean much more to you than it does to them.

Re: INTERNET SEX - Food for thought
I got to agree with you there too. There is something called courtesy, but one has to be cautious of to how intimate u take things.
But you get different kind of people, in real as well as online. It's just a matter of differentiating them from the rest I guess?
Online what you read, can have several meanings at times, just cause you're not sure how they say it, it's all to interpretation, but essentially, it is technically easier to get the wrong end of the stick online, than maybe in person?
But like Chazzy mentioned just got to be careful, talking/writing from experience...
otherwise....all the best and chilllllll....lol.

Re: INTERNET SEX - Food for thought
Yep, Mightydude said it well.
On a sex site, sometimes people are apt to build up a whole fantasy world or a virtual sex life, and it's a shame that some good real people do get caught up in someone else's fantasy life.

It is a sad commentary today that relationships are considered disposable. It makes it harder to trust the next offer of friendship , and when a decent person comes along they pay for the past mistakes.

What a superb posting pook. All that has been said is true. We are human, with human emotions, thoughts and feelings. There are some on line who like to play games and manipulate for their own delight. This I find hard to condone and treat people the way I want to be treated.
