Sleeping in late...
I sure did this morning! That's rare for me and at first I feel the need to rush in and "catch up"...but it doesn't really matter what time I do wake up...waking up makes me see every day as a fresh start, a fresh begining...I have to say that's it's just so rare that I ever wake up with a headfull of yesterday.
No matter what may have dragged me down the day before, no matter how much stress I may have gone to bed with...it's all just a memory the next morning, I feel completely renewed, whether I was up to greet the breaking daylight, or slept in till noon...

I wish I could , habit from years of work getting up 3-4 am. Late sleep in for me is 6-7 am grrrrrr unless i'm out the night before

cant sleep in, hate to see the day dissappearing...8am is the latest...especially if the sun is shining

It's soooo rare for me, it usually happens when I've gone weeks only getting like 4 hours a night, then I'll end up oversleeping one morning.

Doesn't matter what day of the week it is for me, I have an alarm clock in me where I wake up at 5am. Have tried sleeping in and usually end up getting up and making a pot of coffee and snuggle up back in bed with a cup of coffee and a good book.

Lol....Most of the time I'm up at 5am on the dot,but when I have time off I like to sometimes lie in and 'catch up' on A little sleep
I have been known on occasion to sleep for over 24 hours (but this is really rare!) and seems to be A bit of A waste unless you clear your schedule

I usually get up about 6 to 7 hours before Hornshark.
