What's wrong??
How come my posts are mostly ignored but other posts with pretty much bland and semi-boring subject matter, get all kinds of replies? Again, this is just my observation.
Am I being too sensitive?

What people regard as bland/semi-boring/interesting is a matter of opinion VB. Besides, some of your posts leave me speechless!

You're not being sensitive enough, friend.
Many of us will think that you now think our posts are boring and bland.
There's always been a "nice rule" here and it's difficult for some to follow when they are use to forums where flaming and fighting are allowed.
But we have that "nice rule" here, which means say what you want but keep it nice and civil or absix will have to come in, break up fights and ban people, and he hates doing that...it's his site, and if it's a nice rule he wants, then that's what he gets.
We encourage all to post, and if the noobs (or any other members) have to worry about getting name called, humiliated, and flamed, well..they're not gonna post cuz that wouldn't be fun.
Some come here for the "boring and bland" it's a place to escape from the controversy and turmoil in their real world.

I say, when creating a new post, don't think or worry about how many responses it will get, just....Go for it!

As such, I have been schooled in the fine art of posting and the reasons for others to post their subjects. I did not mean to cast dispersions on anyone here or any future newbees. Please forgive me.......

I've mentioned before...sometimes we think too much!
Always trying to find the most compelling subject would really bomb out any forum...a forum should be just a loose and spontaneous sharing of thoughts and questions ...with no concern about which posts get the highest reply count.

What I'm saying about the "nice rule" VB dear, is that if you come across as too negative with a post, people will chose to avoid the negativity and avoid conflict by not replying at all.
